The airway continues to baffle us all. Even after years of handling simple and challenging cases pertaining to airway pathologies, every once in a while we come across patients, whom we have nothing much to offer. And, it is this frustrating aspect which urges one to keep exploring newer aspects of this specialty.
This issue is a collection of certain articles pertaining to various aspects of airway anesthesia and surgery. While not being exhaustive, it covers certain topics that have not been previously dealt with.
There shall continue to be more issues dedicated to the airway, as we strive to explore newer avenues of treatment. We are sure that this will serve as an impetus to our readers interested in this particular specialty, to send us their feedback in the form of newer techniques and interesting cases.
